NueroSpicy Wellness Course
Welcome, hermana.
You did not get here by accident. You got here because something in your life is not adding up; you are working hard, performing well, doing all the things, and still waking up tired, still feeling like the next thing will be the thing that finally makes you okay.
It will not. And that is not your fault.
This course is written for us: late-diagnosed Latinas. Autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, or still figuring out which letters apply. The capable eldest daughter, the autistic mamá, the woman whose brain has spent its whole life masking, mothering, and translating for everyone but itself.
Over four short modules, you will learn what the research says actually produces lasting wellbeing, why your brain has been miscalibrated by both biology and culture, and how to install a daily practice (built for an AuDHD Latina nervous system) that begins to shift it.
Three hours. Real evidence. Real practices you can start the same afternoon.
Te creo, hermana. Empezamos.

Questions That Keep Popping Up
-
Hardly. Each module is bite-sized, story-driven, and peppered with real-world exercises so you can practice between coffee sips, not cram before an exam.
-
Plan on 30–40 minutes per session, three times a week. Long enough to make a dent in your neural pathways, short enough to leave room for, well, life.
-
Zero prerequisites. If you can name one feeling besides "tired," you’re qualified. We start with the basics and layer up only when you’re ready.
-
If the course doesn’t click within the first 14 days, request a no-questions-asked refund. Your neurons—and your wallet—should both feel safe here.
